Refund & Return Policy

At 3lancerpro.com, we strive to provide the best possible service to our users. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. In such cases, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Disputed Projects: If a client disputes a project, we will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it amicably. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, the client may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  2. Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels a project before any work has been done, they are entitled to a full refund. If work has already been done, the refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.

  3. Cancellation by Freelancer: If a freelancer cancels a project before any work has been done, the client is entitled to a full refund. If work has already been done, the refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.

  4. Unsatisfactory Work: If a client is not satisfied with the work provided by a freelancer, they may be eligible for a refund. The client must provide evidence of unsatisfactory work, and we will investigate the matter. If we determine that the work is unsatisfactory, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  5. Payment Disputes: If a payment is disputed by a client’s bank or credit card company, we will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, the client may be required to pay the disputed amount.
